Cancellation Policy

At Paws! Then Play we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, as we are a maintenance salon we require as much notice as possible if you are unable to maintain your appointment.

A cancellation fee will be incurred if you do not provide a cancellation notice 24hrs prior to your appointment. This fee is comprised of a 50% levy of your original booking. This fee will be payable prior to your next appointment.

No shows will be required to pay the cancellation fee plus a non refundable 50% deposit to receive another appointment.  

As stated, we understand life is busy and unforeseen circumstances can arise,  but we appreciate your cooperation in providing us with as much notice as possible.

Christmas bookings

All bookings from the 15th Nov to the 24th Dec (lead up to Christmas) require full prepayment of service 14 days before your appointment.  If you cancel your appointment and do not provide 3 business days notice, we will retain the grooming fee unless you select an alternative appointment time from our available schedule and in accordance with these terms, to which your deposit will then be applied.


The Nov-Dec schedule is set months in advance and we do not tolerate last minute cancellations during this period. If any of these terms are breached there will be no refund of the prepayment during the lead up to Christmas. 


There will be an additional fee of 25% of the service for new clients who choose to make a booking during this period. To prevent this, please keep your pet on a prebooked grooming schedule.
